Project leader
The Project Lead will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with automotive standards, and delivery of bespoke conversion solutions that meet client specifications
Management & Leadership
Lead the design, development, and execution of specialized vehicle conversion projects, including ambulances, mobile workshops, armored vehicles, and EV retrofits.
Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications, engineering drawings, and actionable deliverables.
Coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams, including CAD designers, mechanical/electrical engineers, fabricators, and prototype builders.
Collaborate closely with internal project managers to ensure all engineering activities are aligned with project timelines, milestones, and budget constraints.
Monitor progress and proactively address any design, production, or integration issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Technical Oversight
Review and approve technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance.
Oversee the execution of key technical activities in the bodyshop, including structural modifications, electrical system integrations, and prototype validations.
