Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full scope of operational activities including staff management, budgeting, and performance oversight for both Hard and Soft Facilities Management (FM) services.
Lead and continuously improve FM services across the site by implementing best practices, innovation, and efficiency initiatives.
Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets daily operational needs and consistently aligns with client expectations.
Manage contractual obligations in line with agreed budgets, while ensuring full compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Uphold and enforce all company policies related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE), ensuring a safe and compliant working environment at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10–12 years of relevant experience in operations or facilities management, preferably in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, or high-traffic environments in a similar capacity.
Experience in GCC is preferred and mall experience is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in managing both Hard and Soft FM services, including MEP systems, housekeeping, security, and vendor performance.
Proven track record in managing service contracts, budgets, KPIs, and SLAs.
Experience in overseeing outsourced service providers and ensuring contract compliance.
