Job Description:
- Charterhouse are partnered with an impressive VC fund who is looking for a Head of Operations to join the team and sit at group level to manage the operations of the firm across their multiple funds.
- The Head of Operations will be responsible for developing their operational frameworks across the group and their sub funds and venture studio. The fund recently relocated their HQ to Doha and this is a crucial hire for their growth and development. This role will work very closely with the GPs and senior leadership, carving out and further developing their operational resilience, whilst managing cross border transactions.
- The Head of Operations will also take on responsibility of the compliance and governance of the group. The firm’s structure spans multiple jurisdictions and this role will require working with various different regulators ensuring local requirements are adhered to.
- The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 5 years’ experience across operations and governance within a VC Fund environment. This role would ideally require full relocation to Doha, however, there may be some flexibility available for the right candidate.
