1. Field Engineer (Future hiring)
What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical engineering.
- Post-Graduate Degree (MBA, PMP) is a plus
- Sales oriented, with a minimum of 2 years experience working in contracting or construction consultancy.
- Construction Experience& Site experience such as direct selling experience, customer facing experience, etc.
- Understanding of MEP support designs and structural (steel/concrete) connections.
- Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English - written and verbal.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively.
- Collaborative (works well with others), Manages time well, energetic (accepts working outdoors)
- A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals.
2. Sales Engineer
What you need is:
- Proficient in English (verbal and written). Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional sales experience within the Energy & Industry sector
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
- Valid Qatari Driving License
- Based in Doha
