• Administration responsibilities
• Raise and closeout non conformance reports.
• Providing conformity certificates and document packages to the customer along with the product.
• Follow and maintain Quality management system and provide input for the continual
• improvement of the organization.
• Technical responsibilities
• Performing Goods receiving voucher on all the Customer provided materials with traceability marking on the items.
• Performing In-House calibration of all measuring equipment's and gauges.
• Performing Hardness testing on products related to applicable specifications.
• General responsibilities
• Perform daily in process inspection of all products
• Monitoring the storage of customer supplied and raw materials are in compliance with the safety as well as quality requirements.
• Verification and documentation of all the products under manufacturing ,servicing and testing
• Performing Non Destructive testing (MT &PT ) on the required items based on the criteria & Standards
• Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner in the work order folder
• Witness and record reports for special process such as pressure testing, radiographic testing, Copperplating, and phosphating

• Supervision responsibilites
• Aligning individuals for the day-to-day operations and providing inputs to improve the productionTaking accountability for the effectiveness of the Quality Management system
• Daily monitoring of prduction activities and ensure the timely delivery of the product. Maintenance of all employee training records and assessments
• Monitor the quality of work performed from manufacturing & repair stage through to final inspection of each job as per relevant drawings, specifications and order requirements prior to release for delivery
• Responsible for Material verification, routing input , job allocation , verify work processes ,
• monitoring work progress
• Perform final verification of job prior to QC Inspection
• Ensure high quality of the product with in the proposed time.
• Reduce set up time and machining time through process improvements
• Supervise, co-ordinate and Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
• Administration responsibilites
• Provide estimation towards any services related to quality inspection and third-party liaison
• Empower the employees to work to achieve their objectives.
• Perform material test certificate verification prior to forward purchase request to the
• procurement.
• Day to day Supervision of Machine shop
• Providing feedback and analyzing performance of each machinists.
• Perform planning , estimation and reporting
• Keeping the employees informed regarding Company developments
• Provide effective ideas of manufacturing and technical support to the machinists .
• Perform time management through more production with less manhours.

• Audit Planning and Execution: Assist in developing audit plans, identifying key risk areas, and conducting audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, records, and transactions to identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraud.
• Compliance Evaluation: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed audit reports, communicate findings to management, and recommend corrective actions.
• Risk Management: Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for mitigating identified risks.
• Team Leadership: May supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, audit methodologies, and regulatory changes to promote continuous improvement within the audit function.

• Education:
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like CPA or CIA are often preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum Ten (10) years of experience in internal audit, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial reporting, and audit software.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively collaborating with stakeholders and presenting audit findings.
