1. CCTV Engineer
The CCTV Engineer / Operator is responsible for overseeing the effective operation, monitoring, and maintenance of surveillance systems across all company sites, including high-security and critical locations. The role ensures full functionality, reliability, and compliance of all CCTV systems and associated infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate over 600 CCTV cameras across multiple locations to ensure uninterrupted security coverage.
- Oversee the recording, storage, and secure retrieval of surveillance footage in line with company policy and regulatory standards.
- Perform routine checks on system health, including camera feeds, video quality, server performance, and backup status.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all surveillance equipment through regular coordination with the maintenance team.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of CCTV systems in collaboration with suppliers and contractors, ensuring adherence to approved technical plans.
- Coordinate with on-ground security personnel to ensure real-time response to incidents and equipment status.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all system activities, faults, repairs, and incidents.
- Provide periodic reports to management on system performance and any identified issues or enhancements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Security Systems, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CCTV operation or surveillance systems management.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Solid understanding of IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, video analytics, and network-based video management platforms.
- Valid Qatari driving license is mandatory.

2. Senior System Analyst
The Senior System Analyst will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of mission-critical trading and brokerage systems. This role ensures seamless integration with market data providers, order management systems (OMS), and regulatory platforms, while maintaining high availability, security, and performance standards crucial to capital market operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of trading platforms, back-office systems, and market integration tools used in equities, fixed income, and derivatives trading.
- Collaborate with traders, business analyst, risk managers, compliance officers, and developers to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design system workflows for trade lifecycle events: order placement, execution, settlement, and reporting.
- Ensure integration with stock exchange APIs, market data feeds.
- Work closely with compliance to ensure systems adhere to capital markets regulations.
- Analyse and optimize trading system performance (low latency, failover recovery, data synchronization).
- Develop and maintain System Requirement Specifications (SRS), interface definitions, and data mapping documents.

- Proficiency in modelling techniques: UML, ERD, BPMN, and use of tools such as Visio, Enterprise Architect.
- Experience in working with Oracle databases, message queues, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
