• Processing of Lease Enquiry : Evaluates enquiries received from prospective customers (local/international), obtains information on their market creditability and financial stability, and if satisfied, releases the Lease Application Form to be filled by the prospective customers to obtain full details about customers and their requirements.  
• Developing Proposal: Forwards completed application forms to the Specialty Leasing team for perusal.  Upon receipt of the instruction prepares a formal agreement based on the budget and merchandise mix for onward transmission to clients for perusal and decision.
• Renewal of Final Agreement: Reviews the final acceptance of the proposal, to ensure that there is no ambiguity in the acceptance of the terms and conditions  as mentioned in the revised proposal, and there is complete clarity with regards to the company’s and the tenant’s commitments with regards to the agreement.
• Collecting Clients / Company Documentation: Collects legal documents from clients such as Trade License, Commercial Registration, Insurance certificate, owner’s passport copies etc to ensure the legality of the clients company and to use these documents in case of any litigation. Also collects sales data on the 10th of every month.
• Payments Documents: Organises the payments document and forward it to the clients along with the License agreement so as to receive the payment along with the signed agreement signifying the acceptance of clients.
• Documents on Final Agreement: Upon receipt of the signed agreement along with the payment, obtains the signature of the authorised signatory of the company on behalf of the company, as per the DOA in order to authenticate the deal and completes filing procedures for the purpose of record and subsequent contract administration.
• Maintaining the Files: Ensures accurate filing of all information and agreement, so as to enable the company to refer to it in its relationship management with respect to rent collection / renewal / extension/transfer as well as to serve as a point of reference incase of any litigation.
• Reporting: nsures that month end revenue reporting is accurate and in line with finance reporting.

• Description of Accountability:
• To achieve the monthly sales targets
• To ensure the stocks are properly replenished from the stores to avoid loss of sale
• To effectively merchandise the products to enhance brand image
• To ensure security of stock at the location
• To ensure sound customer care and service
• To report on any Quality problem to the service center and Sales Manager
• To coordinate delivery to customers place with the concerned staff
• To closely monitor competitor activities and keep informed of the latest products to effectively meet competition
• Effectively determine the customer needs and assist the customer on queries, objections and ensure product selection and close of sale
• To maintain all documents / records of the location as required by the company systems and procedures-LPOs, invoices, delivery notes, etc.

• Buy pre-owned vehicles as required by the stock target report and the daily stock availability report
• Ensure that the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of purchase, stock age, trade sales, and gross margin are met or excelled
• Appraise vehicles technically and accurately estimate preparation expenses and value them as per the latest valuation guide and stock target/availability reports
• Provide trade-in services to new car executives by appraising and valuating part exchange vehicles
• Capture the details of all appraised vehicles in IS Auto through Zest and maintain the Zest appraisal file for regular follow-ups and purchases
• Complete the negotiation, purchasing, and transfer of legal ownership of the purchased vehicle and provide the required documents to the administration department to process the purchase
• Ensure that the vehicles are purchased with all required accessories

• Liaise with the marketing team to develop content, media, and influencer plans for social media
• Ensure incoming stock is showroom-ready and coordinate detailing with the purchasing team if required
• Conduct timely photography of incoming stock for website and social media use
• Manage stock descriptions on the company website, third-party websites, social media accounts, and showroom display media
• Handle enquiries and local content shooting for social media
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team for any on-ground activations

• Follow the SOP pertaining to cash handling, receiving payment by cash, cheque, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Compute and record transactions ensuring 100% accuracy for all register transactions.
• Count and record the float before trading begins and upon close of trading ensuring accurate cash handling and safe custody of collected cash.
• Greet and welcome customers on arrival at the store and ensure shopping tools and catalogues are available for the customers providing bags / trollies as appropriate to facilitate the shopping journey.
• Ensure that company's customers are well attended to by responding to their needs & working efficiently to minimize queues.
• Ensure that the customers who come to the Returns & Exchange desk perceive the policy as generous and the procedure quick and easy.
• Handle routine customer complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring that customers are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.
• Greet and welcome customers on arrival at Smaland ensuring the Smaland admission policy is explained in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure the Childs safety is their main priority while they are in Smaland providing a safe environment for children within the area.
• Make announcements and pages the customers (parents) if there is any issue with the children in the playroom area or general announcements to customers when needed.
• Ensure all system procedures are adhered to as per policy / procedure.
• Book IKEA services (Home Delivery, Assembly, Measurement) and follow up on out-of-stock articles in self-serve
• Handle returns and exchange issues based on own judgment, experience and authority given by the management according to which exceptions can be made to retain a customer.
• Use the information from Returns & Exchange desk to detect and act upon or report to the management about a product fault, safety problem or transportation problem
• Brief the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports of transactions at the returns & Exchange desk to be used for reconciling with the cash till as well as the accounts for the period of the report as well as analyzing trends on sales and profitability and performance of the store.
