1. Services Engineer
Job Overview:
- Installation testing and commissioning of 33kV GIS Switchgears.
- Troubleshooting and repair of mechanism of CB, DS and ES.
- Troubleshooting of electrical control schemes.
- Testing and commissioning of numerical relays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- L4 certified in GIS switchgears preferably GHA/ GM6 /GMA/ GWS.
- Certified and experience in Prodiag CB. Experienced on MCSET, PIX switchboards. LF, SF Circuit breakers
- Experienced in Okken / Blokset LV switchboards
- Should have knowledge of Schneider Electric Digital tools.

What will you do?
- Technical Expertise:

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Strong technical knowledge on MV, LV, VFD’s, PLCs, HMI, SCADA, Cyber Security and Field Testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or demonstrations.
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and software may be required, depending on the sector.
- Industrial Communication protocols knowledge is a must.
- Schneider Electric MV, LV,RTU/PLC (SCADA Pack, Modicon) IPAS, SCADA experience is a must.
- L2 & L3 Networking design experience is a must.
- AVEVA SCADA, CSI Certification would be a plus.
- ISA 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamental Specialist Certification would be a plus.
- Strong Knowledge of Install Base business for developing and driving solutions such as AMC’s, Digital Services, Trainings etc.
- 10+ years of Technical Sales experience with customers in the O&G, MMM, Water, Building, Transportation, Utilities Segments in different service categories across the Gulf Region.
- Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan. Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner.
- Adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and can thrive in a constantly changing business environment.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience in UAE, Qatar, Oman & Kuwait market is an added advantage.
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
