1. Purchasing Assistant
Job Description:
- Responsible to buy products that are essential for our premises day-to-day operations. He will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock.
- Compare and evaluate offers from the market
- Able to collect the orders from Depts and buy them on daily basis.
- Review quality of purchased products
- Maintain updated records of purchased items.
- Look for the best deals / quality
- Seek to obtain and purchase all goods and services at the lowest possible cost/quality
- Able to maintain a proper petty cash daily / weekly
- Coordinate with our staff to ensure proper storage & quantity received .
- Well organized
- Know the Qatari market would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills

2. Office Driver
Job Description:
- Transport staff, goods and other materials as assigned
- Perform errands such as but not limited to: banking transactions, submission of documents to offices, stock transfer. etc.
- Conduct inspections of vehicles and ensure that these are well-maintained
- Report any vehicle issues to the concerned manager
- Assisting with the loading and offloading of materials
- Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
