1. Technical Account Manager - Offshore
Qualifications for the Role:
- Educational: Graduate in Electrical/Automation Engineering (preferably electrical automation).
- Experience and Process Automation Industry Background: Over 8 years of experience in process automation or the Oil & Gas industry for process automation, including 5+ years either in Technical Account Management or Technical Lead or Engineering/Service Lead roles in Process Automation business is a Must-Have. (Candidates who work currently in Sales Manager roles and have a previous experience as Technical Lead or Engineering/Service Lead roles in process automation can be considered).
- Technical Process Automation Expertise: Strong hands-on technical experience with DCS, Safety Systems (ESD/FGS), SCADA/RTU, PMS/ELICS is a Must-Have along with ABB or other OEM systems; deep knowledge of ABB solutions including Legacy Systems (Infi90, Freelance), ICSS (AC800M/AC800MHI), and Instrumentation.
- Skills & Communication: Proficient in industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC, Profibus, Profinet, FF), with the ability to understand customer needs and propose timely solutions; fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- ABB Product Knowledge: Familiarity with ABB Energy Industries’ offerings in Oil & Gas and other process industries is a Preferred-to Have.
2. Technical Account Manager - DIC

3. Automation Sales Specialist
Qualifications for the Role:
- Graduate Engineer in Electrical /Automation/ Equivalent Engineering (electrical automation major is preferred).
- Sales experience in industrial process automation including DCS/ Safety System(ESD/FGS), SCADA/RTU system of ABB and or other OEM system is a Must-Have.
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry with at least 5 years of front- end sales experience.
- Knowledge of ABB Automation products and solution in Oil and Gas Industries and awareness of ABB legacy Control System and Knowledge of Instrumentation System is a great plus.
- Sales & Technical Expertise: Proven international sales and/or contract negotiation experience, with hands-on knowledge of ABB sales processes and tools such as Salesforce, RiskReview, SAP, Wizard, FCM, and BOL. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like Modbus RTU, TCP, and OPC is essential.
- Personal Attributes & Competencies: Analytical thinker and self-starter with strong learning ability, resilience, adaptability, and a high sense of responsibility and integrity. Must be results-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, aligned with ABB’s advanced service and digital portfolio.
4. Field Service Engineer
Qualifications for the Role:
- Degree in electrical engineering
- 5+years of experience as Field Engineer
- Experience in oil & gas customers in market
- Eagerness to learn & flexibility
