Our Story
- Seaworks Co was founded in Kuwait in 1991 as Mubarakia Marine Service Co., as a marine services contractor. We have expanded our activities to include Marine Construction, Ship Management, Heavy Equipment Rentals, and Earthworks.
- With the technology transfer scheme that the government of Kuwait had opted for; we initiated a long-term business plan to develop strong alliances with international companies for streamlining future projects in Kuwait. Our most notable relationship was established in 1996, with ITOCHU Corporation, a Japanese trading house, and this relationship developed into a very close strategic alliance for mutual business interests in Kuwait. This was further enhanced by establishing a long-term association with Tekfen Construction & Installation Company, and an agency agreement was signed in 2005 with Tekfen in Kuwait.
- Our parent company, Khalil Mahmoud Trading & Contracting Est. (KME) was established in 1953, primarily as a civil engineering and construction company, and has been classified as a Grade II contractor by the Central Tenders Committee since 1971 for civil construction and electrical works, which is the highest category given to local contractors working in Kuwait as category I is for international contractors. KME is best known for developing the State of Kuwait’s tenth district (Cities of Fahaheel, Ahmadi, Sabahiya, Mangaf, AbuHalifa, Fintas) by the construction of housing & commercial projects as well as relevant municipal infrastructure. In addition, KME pioneered the development of farming and mass agricultural production in Kuwait by implementing horticultural farming in the Wafra area.

1. QA QC Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for a QA QC Manager at Seaworks Co in Lusail. The QA QC Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and improving overall quality performance. The role will involve collaborating with various teams to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience
- Should have bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Quality Management or related field
- Experience in marine construction or related industry is a plus
2. Civil Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Office Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in earthworks and tender preparation, with experience in both office and site-based roles. The candidate should have at least 8 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years working in the GCC countries. Marine works experience is preferred, but not mandatory. The role requires expertise in preparing and managing tender documents, supporting project planning, and providing technical assistance during project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Min, 8 years of experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on TENDER preparation, cost estimation, and project documentation.
- Experience in earthworks (mandatory).
- Experience in marine works (preferred).
- Candidates should have a blend of both office (mandatory) and site (preferred) experience.
- Proven experience in tender preparation (mandatory).
3. Construction Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager at Seaworks Co. The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising construction projects, developing and managing budgets, ensuring construction safety standards, and implementing project control measures on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor`s in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years total experience, 10 years in GCC countries
- Experienced in Marine and/or Earthworks
- Supervisory Skills and Project Management expertise
- Budgeting and Project Cost Control experience
- Construction Safety knowledge and implementation
- Strong background in Construction Management
- Experience in Project Control and scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of civil engineering and construction principles
