1. Data Encoder (Entry Level)
Requirements:
- Must already have a Qatar ID.
- Must have proper documents to transfer sponsorship to our company.
- Must currently reside in Qatar.
Job Summary:
- Data Preparation: Compile and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry, establishing entry priorities.
- Document Processing: Review data for deficiencies, resolve discrepancies using standard procedures, or return incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Data Entry: Input alphabetic and numeric information using a keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
- Data Verification: Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information; combine data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purge files to eliminate duplication.
- System Testing: Test system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing output.
- Data Security: Secure information by completing database backups.
- Operational Maintenance: Follow policies and procedures to maintain operations and report needed changes.
- Confidentiality: Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Team Contribution: Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Mail Sorting: Open and sort mail, verify and log receipt of data, and obtain missing data.
- Record Keeping: Operate data entry equipment, code information, and resolve processing problems.
- Organizational Value: Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality and accomplishing department and organizational missions by completing related tasks.
2. Safety Officer (Off Shore Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with offshore safety regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training to personnel.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure PPE compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years offshore safety experience (oil & gas/marine industry preferred).
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification.
- Strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
- Ability to work in challenging offshore environments and rotational schedules.
