1. Foreman - ASPHALT
To supervise and coordinate all asphalt paving activities at the construction site, ensuring high-quality work in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the asphalt crew during paving operations, including equipment operators, rakers, and laborers.
- Plan daily activities and ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower before paving begins.
- Ensure the proper operation of asphalt paving machines, rollers, and other related equipment.
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature, thickness, and compaction of asphalt layers.
- Coordinate with site engineers, QC inspectors, and surveyors to ensure work is aligned with specifications and drawings.
- Ensure correct placement of asphalt using sensors, screeds, and manual adjustments when needed.
- Conduct inspections of the work site to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (using Primavera P6 / MS Project) for all civil construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect current status.
- Prepare work breakdown structures (WBS), project baseline schedules, manpower histograms, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and site teams to gather progress data and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Identify critical path activities, potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules (weekly/monthly) and forecast resource requirements.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare progress reports for internal and client use.
- Assist in preparing recovery plans and time impact analyses when delays occur.
- Support cost control teams with earned value analysis (EVA) and S-curve preparation.
- Ensure planning procedures and reporting formats comply with client and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for schedule inputs and updates.
3. Estimation Engineer
To prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for building construction projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documents. The role supports tendering and procurement processes to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capable to prepare technical & together with competitive financial submissions.
- Assists in developing techniques/strategies to expedite the overall process of tendering starting from quantity surveying to completing the Estimation Sheets.

4. Sales Executive
To generate leads, pitch company services, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects related to swimming pool construction and maintenance. The Sales Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors for swimming pool construction and maintenance services.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored pool design, construction, and maintenance solutions.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with technical teams to develop accurate project estimations and proposals.
