1. Saes Executive (Arabic)
The main purpose of this position is to generate and grow business opportunities by identifying prospective clients, promoting the company's range of services and products, and building strong client relationships. The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining a solid pipeline of leads, and representing the company's values in all sales-related activities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable company services or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project in coordination with the project team.
- Prepare baseline schedules and monitor project progress against the approved schedule.
- Analyze delays and identify critical paths; propose recovery plans when needed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Forecast manpower, material, and equipment requirements.
- Update project schedules and issue look-ahead programs for site teams.
- Conduct site visits to verify actual progress and collect relevant data.
- Support in preparing extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis.
- Ensure all planning documentation is in compliance with contractual obligations.

3. Asphalt Foreman
The main purpose for this position to supervise and coordinate all on-site asphalt paving activities, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality installation of asphalt wearing courses in compliance with project specifications, schedules, and health & safety standards.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee pre-paving operations, including subgrade checks, tack coat application, and setting out elevations and levels.
- Coordinate with surveyors and engineers to confirm alignment and slopes.
- Lead, assign, and supervise a team of operators, laborers, and machine drivers.
- Conduct daily briefings, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Enforce PPE use and safety protocols at all times.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of asphalt pavers, rollers, feeders, and auxiliary equipment.
- Verify mix delivery, temperature, and quality conformity with mix design.
- Track material usage and report any shortages or non-conformances immediately.
- Perform in-situ density tests (nuclear gauge or plate compaction) and surface finish checks.
- Identify defects (e.g., segregation, raveling, uneven compaction) and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain daily QA/QC logs and assist QA/QC Engineer with documentation.
- Work with the Planning Engineer/Site Engineer to align paving activities with the overall project schedule.
- Liaise with other trades (earthworks, drainage) to minimize conflicts and delays.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce adherence to site HSE procedures.
- Report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Ensure environmental controls (dust suppression, spill prevention) are in place.
4. Electronics Technician
This position is responsible to inspect, install, diagnose, and repair various household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, air conditioners, dishwashers, TV, and other domestic electronic equipment, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair home appliances at customer locations or service centers.
