1. IT & HR Officer
We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled IT & HR Officer to join our team. This unique role combines responsibilities in both Information Technology and Human Resources, ideal for a candidate who is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Duties:
- Manage and maintain computer systems, software, and networking.
- Provide technical support to office staff.
- Ensure data backup, security, and system updates.
- Manage email servers, website hosting, domain renewals, etc.
- HR & Admin Duties:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records, leave, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Implement and enforce HR policies in line with labor law.
- Perform general administrative tasks and office coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.

2. Civil Engineer (UPDA Grade C or Above)
Gulf Falcon Contracting Co. is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Doha. The ideal candidate must have 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry and hold a valid UPDA certification (Grade C or above).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil construction activities on site to ensure timely project delivery.
- Interpret and implement project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure adherence to QCS, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare progress reports, site diaries, and material requests.
- Monitor quality of work, resolve site issues, and support inspections.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Valid UPDA certification – Grade C or higher is mandatory.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must be currently available in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC (preferred).
