HVAC Supervisor is Needed for Hiring in Qatar
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair and other related activities; maintain records and files; prepare reports.
• To coordinate between end-user focal points and department engineers in the installation, Commissioning & testing and maintenance activities of wide range of HVAC equipment.
• The equipment includes, but not limited to water chillers, Air handling Units, DX units, fan coil units, VRV systems, Package units, Precision units, Split units, window air conditioners, Chillers Management Systems, PLC controlled HVAC equipment, Electrical control panels-VFD & MCC of HVAC equipment etc.
• Installation of refrigerant piping, welding, testing and gas filling.
• Required Knowledge in Ducting installation works.
• Proper Knowledge in Preventive and Corrective maintenance of existing HVAC systems.
• Good knowledge in equipment sizing.
• Proper knowledge in HVAC control systems.
• Plan as to ensure technicians ready for their daily work schedule.
• Assign and distribute work orders and work requests.
• Attend and participate in meetings regarding HVAC work to be done.
• Check and troubleshoot equipment; set and adjust controls.
• Review all work orders before and after completion.
• Observe technicians, provide recognition, coaching and counseling as needed.
• Order and pick up parts for works in order to keep mechanics on the job.
• Inspect contracted work as needed.
• Coordinate work with other systems and departments as needed.
• Assist in budget planning and preparation.
• Inform engineer of completed and outstanding work orders.
• Cooperate with the warehouse to determine which parts should be ordered for stock.
• Determine time and cost estimates for HVAC jobs.
• Provide technical assistance to technicians when requested.
• Monitor service quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Perform related work as required.
Qualification Criteria:
• Technical College or Diploma in HVAC with minimum 5 Years of HVAC field experience (Mandatory)
• Good oral and written communication skills (Mandatory)
• Transferable RP Visa (Mandatory)
• Driving License (Preferred)
