BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – (Property Management Division)

OYYO REAL ESTATE WLL is a reputed ISO 9000:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 41001:2018 certified company and having diverse business interest in Middle East. As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a hands-on, highly driven BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with aggressive sales and property management experience and entrepreneurial attitude to help lead division's direction and growth. Job responsibility includes but not limited to, expansion of property management services to property owners, implementing a business development strategy & action plan, Effective lead generation & identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals with landlords / Property owners and developers.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA degree with 5 + years’ experience and good understanding of the property management business in Qatar market. Candidate should have high degree of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit, with strong analytical & presentation, negotiation skill, and interpersonal capability. Candidates who can speak fluent English & Arabic and can join immediately will be given preference.

Salary Package

Competitive salary along with all benefits as per Qatar Labour Law will be provided to the right candidate.
