IT Engineer Required in Qatar

The description

Assists users in diagnosing, resolving, and documenting hardware and software problems timely and accurately.
Perform system backup and recovery operations in a timely manner.
Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves complex computer problems on-site for a variety of end users and recommends and implements corrective hardware and software solutions, including off-site repairs.
Helps troubleshoot network connectivity and firewall repair.
Install complex desktop management software. This includes asset management, antivirus and spam filter software, and desktop maintenance.
Configure and install PC software packages, software upgrades, PC support, operating system upgrades, and maintenance.
Maintain and control the LAN server and grant access to users as required.
Regular backup of data on the server and protection against any malfunctions.
