A reputable company in Qatar is looking for a Sales Supervisor - Non-Food FMCG. 5-7 years of experience.

Job Description

The Sales Supervisor (FMCG) is responsible for leading and supervising the sales team in its day-to-day activities and handling promotions to ensure that the department meets or exceeds its sales goals and objectives. Their scope of responsibility shall be selling and distributing all products to outlets for assigned customers (eg Lulu, Carrefour, AlMeera, Monoprix and major supermarkets).

  • You must have a Qatari driving license
  • Proven knowledge of FMCG processes, best practices and trends
  • Familiar with market intelligence, research, and competitor analysis for FMCG business
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to negotiate and reach firm agreements and settle disputes fairly
  • Ability to use logic and rigorous methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Ability to build, manage and maintain productive relationships with clients
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize self and team effectively to meet workload and targets
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel
  • Powerful analytical techniques
  • Good interpersonal skills
