Responsibilities:
ü Responsible for the maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks, the maintenance of inventory records, the preparation of material orders, and the receiving, inspecting, and storing of materials on work orders and material transfers.
ü Checking and unloading deliveries safely in the correct areas.
ü Performing ‘cyclic counts and routine stock checks as required.
ü A shared responsibility as part of the stores team to respond to emergency assistance for the issuing of materials out of hours.
ü Assisting with input onto the Oracle module and occasionally placing purchase request on the instruction of the store’s officer/coordinator or in his absence.
ü Staff may be required from time to time to issue materials from the stores out of hours for emergency/unplanned works.
ü Responsible for duties as assigned, relating to internal controls, and including safe guarding of company assets, reliability of stores information, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.
ü Prepare reports of stock condition and activity.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FM.
General experience within a Stores/Warehouse environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Working knowledge and understanding of Oracle concepts, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
