Procurement Officer ( F&B) Job In Qatar

 We are hiring

Procurment officer with minmum 3 years experience from reputed hospitality(F&B) company in Qatar , The candidate must well versed with the functions as below.

Establishing foreign and domestic suppliers.

Negotiating the lowest prices.

Administering online purchasing system.

Acquiring materials and other /structuring product contracts.

Studying sales records and inventory level.

Placing orders and checking shipment/ controlling departmental budgets.

 Appraising products services./ Approval suppliers.

Assist the purchasing manager./ Negotiating the lowest prices.

Acquiring materials and parts needed by the company.

Coordinating to the production and to the operation/project manager for acquiring their needs.

Coordination with the store on the inventory stock.

Maintain professional relationship with vendors

Monitor stock movement and maintain cyclic inventory flow

Ensure smooth communication between the inventory section, the sales team and finance group

Request quotes and negotiate purchase terms

Ensure correct costing of parts purchased

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues

Maintain accurate procurement records

Responsible for inventory KPI as per inventory management standards

Monitor market trends and competitor strategies
