LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

6-8 +/- years of experience in Qatar, with Bachelor / Master's Degree. Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic proficiency is a must), with

Qatar Driving License

Collecting Shipping Order from Purchase Department, Collect Delivery Note as per the Order.

Checking the goods received properly, Liaison with shipping agencies. Arranging Goods in Shipping Area as per the List, Arranging Vehicle for

Delivery.

Follow up of Shipment, Documentation, Special Packing, work details, Material Arrangement

Collecting all details from Delivery Vehicle Drivers, Ensure the Safety in work.

Collecting signature from the drivers on the Delivery Note. Etc.

Preparing monthly report as per the monthly delivery.

Submitting monthly report and Goods received & Delivery note. Ensure the proper housekeeping and Safety in work. Take record for each shipment after unloading.

Having strong network with the present and previous contacts to generate business.

Strong relation with consultants, contractors & utility companies. Strong commercial skills in negotiation and closing deals.
