 Human Resources Coordinator Job In Qatar




1. Prepares department's correspondences, memos, minutes of the meeting, transmittal documents, reports, files; sends out emails on behalf of the VP/AVP, and other materials for communication, publications, team presentations; arranging couriers, team leave calendar, expenses reports and other analytics.

2. Prepares, maintains and monitors completion process of all of the department's signature folders; securing the information contents, especially the confidential documents and signs his/her initials in all documents to confirm review and correctness.

3. Monitors and maintains records of the team's attendance, schedules and in/out-of-office activities.

4. Creates, transcribes/translates all department documents to be available in both AR/EN, as required.

5. Answers telephone calls and controls visitors'/clients' reception, appointments, including meet and greet.

6. Maintains adequate office supplies and controls office/store purchases (e.g., stationery supplies, equipment, fixtures, etc.)

7. Ensures availability of office supplies and top working conditions of office machine/equipment.

8. Upholds company policies when it comes to handling confidential matters.

9. Makes sure the department and its meeting room and offices are clean and organized at all times.

10. Carries out other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Line Manager

ADMINISTRATION:

11. Accomplishes monthly applications, renewals, cancelations of staff residencies, work permits, commercial licenses, visas.

12. Monitors renewal and availability of Expediters' IDs   - e.g., immigration, civil information, etc.

13. Prepares letters and documents for the Expediters which are required by the ministry.

14. Monitors and follows-up the completion of team's daily tasks and activities.

HUMAN RESOURCES:

15. Prepares all employee letters and certificates (employment, experience, salary, salary continuity, etc.) in both Arabic & English, as required.

16. Helps collecting and reviewing the Staff Attendance and Overtime Sheets every monthly cut-off period for payroll approval.

17. Maintains and updates the HRMS - Human Resources Management System in both Arabic /English
