 Al-Kubaisi Porto Cabins, we are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and overachieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling solutions for customers

You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

Responsibilities:

1) Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.

2) Develop customer accounts and drive business into the existing customer base to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.

3) Negotiate cabin rates/packages with consumer and company clients.

4) Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels.

5) Prepare company contracts for the Porto cabins in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.

6) Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities.

7) Cooperate with other departments in the company to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.

8) Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the general manager and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.

9) Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base

10) Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles

11) Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity

12) Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions

13) Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition

14) Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses

15) Provide input for production team in terms of new trends and technologies can be used in the Porto cabin manufacturing

16) Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.

17) Manage staff performance in compliance with company policies and procedures.

18) Recruit, manage, train and develop the Sales team for best performance.

19) Have a comprehensive technical understanding of the production capacity and manufacturing works of Porto Cabins for customer negotiations and planning.

 

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• 3 + Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer

• GCC Experience is a must

• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers

• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

• Should have a good mechanical knowledge on overall what is a porta cabin

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent presentation and creativity skills

• Should have a sound knowledge on social media and modern advertisement trends

• Valid Qatar Driving License will be added advantage

 

• In country Hiring only, should be able to join with minimum notice period • Language – English and Arabic is a must, Knowledge of Hindi and other Languages will be an added advantage
