Job Summary:
Lead Sales Person to promote and sell consumable products in various points of sales such as supermarkets, coops and wholesalers. The Sales Person will be responsible for generating revenue by developing and executing sales strategies to increase product visibility, market share, and profitability. The Lead Sales Person will work closely with the top management to structure a proper sales team to achieve sales targets, build relationships with key accounts, and provide exceptional customer service
Key Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales in supermarkets and other point-of-sale locations
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to increase market share and profitability
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products, target customers, and competition
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive growth
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify opportunities for new product development and market expansion
