The chosen candidate will be in charge of supervising, directing, and coordinating all servers’ tasks to provide fast and efficient food and beverage service.
· Welcome and assist customers and cater to their needs
· Follow current safety and sanitation policies whenever managing food and beverages
· Maintain a pleasant and welcoming environment for customer to enjoy at all times
· Ensure all information provided to the customer is current and accurate
· Make personalized recommendations and promote items from the menu
· Instruct servers on how to provide high-quality service and ensure the guests’ needs are met
· Ensure that the whole dining area/drive-thru are manned at all times
· Speak with customers using a clear, professional, and respectful language at all times
· Get feedback from customers and strive to provide better service
· Manage a diverse group of people in potentially adversarial situations using a calm, polite, tactful, discreet, and effective approach.
In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within the company, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.
The work environment will require a candidate who has the following physical capabilities:
· Ability to stand for long work hours
· Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
