The Demic Chef de Partie (Pastry Chef) is responsible for the preparation and production of a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods in a 4-star hotel. This includes creating and executing menu items, managing the pastry team, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring efficient operations in the pastry department.
