water supply, fresh air, central exhaust isometric details and riser
diagrams) coordinate with architect and arranging equipments related to
above mentioned systems for complete project like towers, shopping
malls, villas etc. Ventilation layouts with Riser diagram. Preparing
windows and wall section details drawing for Dubai municipality
submission. Fresh and exhaust air duct designing for centralized system
with sizing. Basement ventilation design and details drawings. Chilled
water piping design with riser diagram. • DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY:- • Design and drafting all types of water supply layouts including Riser
diagrams and isometric details (pex system, central hot & cooled water
system and central filtration system for all types of buildings. • DRAINAGE – Preparing drainage layouts and details as per municipality
requirements. • FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM:- • Design and Drafting for Wet and Dry system, Sprinkler layouts, Riser
diagram and detailing etc. for high-rise buildings, malls & towers as per
CD. Requirements
• GAS SUPPLY -(MEDI., DOM. AND INDUS.)-design and drafting all type of
gas supply system with security equipments for commercial and
industrial.
ELECTRICAL: - • Fire Alarm & Voice evacuation system, Emergency lighting & Security
drawings, Preparing layouts, Schematic diagrams and Details for high-
rise buildings, malls and office towers. • Have a good knowledge in electrical, telephone & CTV layout with
details
