Admin Assistant IT Summary & Detailed Responsibilities
Manage and maintain busy outlook calendars highlighting potential conflicts, inputting travel data, conference calls, meetings etc.
• Prepare weekly timesheet and expense reports with accuracy
• Provide production support including slide generation, graphics/ PowerPoint presentation, proofreading, editing, and copying introduction of the products and services to our users.
• Coordinate committee meetings, arrange conference bridges, reserve conference rooms, organise catering
• Schedule client and internal meetings and events; prepare logistics/equipment arrangements
• Maintain and develop working relationships with various support staff members to maintain information flow and scheduling process
• Organize and maintain filing system
• Provide back-up production and administrative support to co-workers
• Provide general administrative/office support: typing, telephone, mail, copying, filing, as well as office- related projects/tasks.
• Helping team to prepare procedures and guideline for IT Dept
• Track the IT HELP DESK Requests, assign proper technicians and follow-up with all users
• Asset and stationary management
• Maintains IT supplies by checking stock to determine stock level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Communicate with Vendors, prepare purchase order, compare quotations, and place order.
• Help in preparing IT Playbook
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
