To act as the point of contact among employees, clients and other external partners by Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Summary:
The incumbent will contribute to the company by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the admin Assistant include providing support to the manager, overseeing daily office needs and managing department’s general administrative activities.

1- Plan meetings and schedule calendar.
2- Layout information for internal and external communication emails and reports.
3- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
4- Ensure the office supplies are adequate through the and maintain records.
