We are hiring for the position of Site Engineer/Quantity Surveyor:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder of Mechanical Engineering with back ground of Quantity or Building Surveying recognized university. (or equivalent experience)
A minimum of 5 years relevant quantity surveying experience specially if Fire Protection Field. Have Site Experience is a plus factor.
Full knowledge of all Types Fire Protection System such as Fire Pumps, FM-200, Novec System, Deluge Water Spray, Foam system and Sprinkler System
Can read and interpret Shop drawings, Coordination drawings and Isometric drawings.
Knowledgeable in Auto-cad, Excel, Word and computer literate
Preparing Reports, Comparison Sheets, and reviewing the Bills of Quantities as per Shop Drawing and Actual Site Condition.
Review of Project Scope of work, Project Material Submittals and Site Actual Requirements
Perform site measurement, taking off of BOQ & Basic consumable.
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff.
Can work under pressure status.
Having a Driver's license.
