Freight operation Supervisor
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years of logistics experience preferably in the GCC.
- Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- With Valid Qatar QID
- With Valid Driving License
- Can provide NOC
- Salary To Be Discuss Upon Interview
- Willing to Start Immediately
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Freight operations supervisors monitor freight conditions, delivery status, and customer concerns.
- They strive to meet production goals by following shipment schedules and taking care of other administrative functions.
- freight operations supervisors must be knowledgeable about all laws, Customs regulations, and policies that pertain to the trucking industry -AIR -SEA -WAREHOUSE.
- Freight operations supervisors’ interface with customers, drivers, and other employees daily, so they must be able to maintain good interpersonal relationships. Although not a frequent occurrence, their jobs may also require them to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Follow up the clearance process and all operations from the time freight arrival until it is Cleared and delivered.
- Do all the brokerage deals to make sure smooth operations during the day and can provide the proper solutions to avoid any delay in the freight operations process.
- Expert with good experience with high communications skills and well known about MS And Good connection with customs authorities.
