One of the Largest Dairy in Qatar requires the following personnel
Accountant - Receivable
This position is responsible to execute accounting process on timely manner in compliance with the company policies and procedures. Manage all operational and administrative functions of receivables.
As a job holder you will be responsible for:-
v Coordinate/Follow-up with debtors to avoid delay in collection of receivables; and clear any issues to avoid bad debts.
v Monitor customer account details for delayed payments and other irregularities and notifying finance head.
v Preparing reports for Accounts Receivable aging and performing risk analysis.
v Perform reconciliation of the bank statement against the General Ledger.
v Reconciliation of customers’ statement of account.
v Providing customer statements of accounts to all credit customers.
v Work with sales team to identify credit sales made and update the same in records.
v Preparing the customer payments received and reporting to Finance Manager regarding the cash collected & bank deposits received.
Below are salary and other details for this role:
Salary : Qr 2500 Basic+ Qr 1500 House Rent allowance+ Qr 100 Transportation
Benefits: Annual Vacation + Private Health Insurance + Life Insurance and Other Benefits.
Working Hours – 8 hours per day(No Overtime), 6 days working.
Location: Industrial Area, Street 2, Doha, Qatar.
