Looking for "Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant" in Qatar.

Minimum 7 years of Oracle technical consultant in HRMS projects

Oracle Enhancements services would include but not limited to the following modules

· IRecruitment implementation expertise 12.2.8 version.

· Should have implemented External Candidate process.

Must have Strong exp. In OAF customization and new page development (customizations like CO extensions specific to HCM/iRecruitment pages)

Experience in iRecruitment technical work

Preferred to have proficient in creating FSG, XML and Discoverer reports. Forms, alerts and workflow development and maintenance (specific to HRMS (Core HR, Self-Service)

Gather requirements from key users and guide them on Oracle best practice providing solutions and highlighting drawbacks of the different options and scenarios possible.

Should have knowledge on 3rd party integration (vendor/sites) with IRecruitment
