Job Opening: Junior Internal Auditor at Techno Q
Objective: The Junior auditor will be responsible for supporting the Manager-IA and CIA in achieving the annual audit plan of the Company. The Junior auditor will be responsible for performing audit assignments including assisting in planning, gathering, and documenting, and testing all necessary information for an accurate assessment of risks and internal controls and assisting in drafting of the audit report. This job description shall be read in conjunction with the Company’s IA charter, which outlines the specific authority, responsibility, and scope of work of the IA and RM function, as approved by the Board.
Key responsibilities: · Assist the Manager-IA and CIA in establishing a robust control framework by executing the IA pan and improvement of internal controls for achievement of the Company’s objectives.
· Obtain and record an understanding of the Company’s processes and nature of business.
· Identify and evaluate risks and the internal controls that mitigate the risks in all assignments.
· Participate in the development of the audit plans and audit programs of individual audit projects.
· Perform assigned compliance and substantive testing procedures for department audits and provide suitable recommendations.
Educational qualifications & professional requirements:
· University degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Commerce (Bachelor/Master).
· Professional accounting/Auditing qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA).
Essential experience:
· 5+ years of experience
2+ years of experience in RM in an E-Commerce sector in GCC (preferred)
