- WORKING HRS: SUN-THURS (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- MANAGE HOTEL BOOKING, AIR TICKETS RESERVATION, AND VISA APPLICATION.

- ADMINISTRATION OF THE MEDICAL INSURANCE IN TERMS OF CONTROLLING CENSUS LIST, FOLLOWING UP ON REIMBURSEMENTS AND MEDICAL CLAIMS WITH THE PROVIDERS, FOLLOW UP ON THE ADDITION AND DELETION OF MEMBERS.

- APPLICATION OF REQUIRED GATE PASSES.

- MAINTAINING STATIONERY SUPPLIES + TONERS OF THE PRINTERS.

- COORDINATION FOR THE SMOOTH ONBOARDING OF NEW EMPLOYEES.

- PREPARE PURCHASE ORDERS

- PROCESSING OF SALES AND SERVICES ORDERS IN THE SYSTEM AND ARRANGING THE DELIVERIES 

- ISSUANCE AND SUBMISSION OF CLIENT INVOICES 

- PREPARING & SUBMITTING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS AND PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS

- COORDINATING WITH THE CLIENTS REGARDING THE DELIVERIES, INVOICES, AND ANY OTHER INQUIRY

- PROCESSING VENDOR’S INVOICES IN THE SYSTEM
