Business Development Manager –PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Expanding property management division, OYYO REAL ESTATE is currently seeking a hands-on, highly driven Business Development Manager with sales and property management experience and entrepreneurial attitude to help lead division's direction and growth. Job responsibility includes but not limited to, expansion of property management services to third party property owners, implementing a business development strategy & action plan, Effective lead generation & identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals with landlords / owners and developers.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / MBA degree with 5 + years’ experience and good understanding of the property management business in Qatar market. Candidate should have high degree of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit, with strong analytical & presentation, negotiation skill, and interpersonal capability. Knowing Arabic conversation will be an added advantage.

Salary Package

OYYO offer QAR 4000-5000 + Monthly Performance Incentives + Company Maintained Car + Accommodation.
