A leading group of companies is currently in need of:
Contracts Administrator
· Bachelor or Master’s degree in Contract Management or Quantity Surveying
· 10 years of experience in in contracts management
· Knowledge or awareness in construction contracts management
· Member of the Royal Institute of chartered Surveyors (MRICS) preferred
Responsibility
· Plans, evaluates, negotiates and executes a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
· Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
· Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
· Monitor contracts and move forward with closeout, extension or renewal according to what is best for the company.
· Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
· Meet with potential clients, vendors, distributors and partners to develop a professional relationship and negotiate the term of each agreement.
· Provide a consistent point of contact for both internal employees and external parties to plan, update and execute legal agreements.
· Liaise with all relevant departments concerning contract related matters
· Minimize or eliminate risk factors related to the contractual relationship
