Sales Responsibilities
- Be perfectly familiar with all the products and know how to promote their qualities and characteristics to customers
- Follow the company dress code and have impeccable grooming at all time
- Follow house rules regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Welcome customers as specified in the house service standards
- Offer a level of service consistent with the luxury positioning of the house
- Establish a genuine relationship with customers and recommend the most adapted products to their preferences
- Increase revenues to reach monthly global sales target through increasing the average check or average basket per client (i.e. proposing complimentary products to clients, introducing them to new products, etc.)
- Promote the B2B services of the company to customers
- Make sure customers are aware of house sales, events and marketing initiatives
- Secure customer loyalty through personalized service
- Keep track of customer database, their profile and preferences
- Propose solutions to improve sales and customer services
- Ensure that products and packaging materials are properly stored and organized
- Ensure that the boutique is well presented and maintained with special attention to product display
- Keep track of products availability in stock and their shelf-life - Assist in stock management and boutique replenishment
Barista Responsibilities
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the hot beverages and coffee drink menu and answering any questions
- Sell beverages by explaining differences in product origins and preparation methods
- Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
- Maintain inventories by replenishing hot beverages and coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining all supplies and pastries
Skills
- Very sociable, pleasant, and well-groomed person
- Excellent team player and a self-motivated person
- Very good sales technique skills
- Previous experience in Food retail, Food & Beverage, Sales, or Customer Service
- Previous experience as a Barista is a plus
- Languages: English (spoken & written). Arabic and/or French are a plus
- Female preferred. Arab National is a plus.
