- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that operations run smoothly
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
- Managing restaurant staff's work schedules
- Make sure that customers are satisfied and resolve any complaints/issues professionally
- Ensure that workers within the restaurant always adhere to the restaurant’s safety/service standards.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills
