Logistics officer Job In Qatar

· Responsible for handling Air & ocean freight import/export documentation.

· Collecting Delivery Orders of Shipments from other S/lines on time and handing over the all necessary document to customs clearing agent

· Coordinating with Customs Clearance agent for the status of the shipment

· Update CS/clients on the status of the shipments.

· Ensure the smooth customs clearance of the shipment.

· Updating reports on the status of the shipment.

· Interacting with the liners of the shipment arrivals status and collection fo delivery order

· Delivery of shipments in the most cost effective manner.

· Sending Cargo Arrival Notices

· Issuance of Delivery order

· Liase with Airlines, Handling agents, shipping lines & vendors
