One of the Largest Dairy in Qatar requires the following personnel
Accountant - Payable
This position is responsible to execute accounting process on timely manner in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
As a job holder you will be responsible for:-
v Process purchase orders, invoices, and reimbursement requests for payment; checking for accuracy and coding to correct cost centers
v Enter and upload invoices into ERP system
v Process expense reports in compliance with company policies and procedures
v Post transactions to journals and ledgers
v Reconcile accounts payable transactions
v Perform general ledger reconciliations
v Reconciliation of balances with suppliers statements of accounts
v Following up for Payments and Updating Reports
v Preparation of payable ageing report on monthly basis
Below are salary and other details for this role:
Salary : Qr 2500 Basic+ Qr 1500 House Rent allowance+ Qr 100 Transportation
Benefits: Annual Vacation + Private Health Insurance + Life Insurance and Other Benefits.
Working Hours – 8 hours per day(No Overtime), 6 days working.
Location: Industrial Area, Street 2.
