1. Microsoft Office Word / Excel / Internet & Email / Telephone skills / Office Procedure.
2. Payroll, Maintaining Timesheets, Leave Settlements, EOS Calculations, Termination Process, manage employee annual leave
3. Preparing Warning letters, Internal memos, Promotion letters, transfer letters, Job offers.
4. Maintaining employee's files and records like ID, Passport, Offer letter, Job Description, Agreement & Contracts, etc.
5. On/Offboarding and Induction of new hires, ensuring a positive and smooth experience.
6. Liaise with PRO in all matters regarding immigration and mobilization requirements.
7. Fully manage the induction process, updating and distributing induction material, ensuring new starters are fully informed of Company policies
8. Manage the off-boarding process-conduct exit interviews and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Well aware of Qatar Labor Law & knowledge of Hukoomi, MOI, ID renewal, ID cancellation
10. Experienced in Hotel/Air ticket bookings
