Responds to sales opportunities in order to maximize revenue.
Ensures inquiries are converted into confirmed business opportunities to up-sell are implemented.
Checks customer satisfaction and resolves any outstanding issues to ensure future business.
Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within respective market areas.
Promotes and produces sales leads when applicable.
Provides feedback to Operations and General Manager on changing marketing conditions, including trends in competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail in the market area. · Arranges meetings according.
