RESPONSIBILITIES -:

- Process, submits and follow up all the company official relations/ transactions with the government sectors.

- Submitting all renewals/ new applications of visas & labor work permit cards with labor office as well as the immigration department.

- Handling all employees pay-card related procedures.

- Handling new recruitment related steps and procedures until the end and not limited to the new visa applications and onboarding/ must fulfill accommodation requirements for existing and new employees and not limited to finding new accommodations but ensuring the basic joining kit for labors.

- Coordinating with line manager and passing the information to the accounts department for any contracts/finance related procedures in regard to accommodation/ uniforms finalization or other related tasks of HR Department.

- Processing all renewals of driving license & labor health cards with traffic office as well as the health department.

- Renewals of official documents of the company (i.e., trade license, chamber of commerce, CR, traffic department, municipality, customs clearance etc.);

- To liaise with authorities to ensure Company compliance to local laws and regulations.

- To process local amendments in coordination with the authorities.

- To deal with government authorities in relation to the buying, selling or leasing of land/property.

- To process trade license renewals.

- To keep updated on labor related changes in relation to visa processing.

- Supporting any legal issues in Company registrations

- Liaise with all government institution with regards fines, penalties or any inquiry.

- Assisting with the management for daily operational activities.

- Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.

- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
