•To supervise the technicians to ensure the plant equipment are running smoothly as per the operating specification. Monitor and maintain records.
•Troubleshoot and rectify minor problems. Identify the root cause and arrange to raise SO if jobs have to be carried out by contractor.
•To perform emergency support duty at times.
•Supervise and manage contractors to deliver quality works, complying with EHSS regulations.
•To record any system failure, report to the Senior Engineer and prepare incident report.
•Review parameters recorded by technician and to take necessary action if there’s any discrepancy.
•To escalate any emergencies immediately to the respective management
•To train technicians on new equipment, CAFM, emergency escalation, etc.
•To check daily attendance & overtime details.
•Any other duties assigned by superiors
