Web & Graphic Designer
Generates graphics, designs, images, brochures, pamphlets, branding animations, sound, text and video files to create integrated multimedia programs. He/she also audits the design collateral developed by the company and ensures their conformance to design standards and specifications.
· Owns significant design and production responsibilities for existing and new Ads and publications under the direction of the design team leader.
· Creates and design the needed content of projects while maintaining usability and the use of best design practices.
· Works with other teams and project contributors to ensure the consistency and quality of the designs.
· Art directs projects to refine, develop, and enforce interface design guidelines.
· Works with the team to identify and implement process improvements that make the design group more efficient and effective.
· Ensures that the layout of the content is accessible and logical. Recommends any improvements if necessary.
· Develop reels and induction videos.
