We're searching for a Tour Guide who wants to conduct planned tours for tourists and visitors here at Primal Adventures Qatar. You will be introducing them to the topic, introducing them to the culture and history of Qatar, and entertaining them with your enthusiasm and passion.
If you enjoy being active, can spend the entire day standing and if you also enjoy teaching others new things, and you have a remarkable talent for narrating stories with the ideal balance of humor and detail. This position is perfect for you.

Requirements:
To qualify as a potential candidate for the tour guide position, you must meet all the conditions below.
Candidates must have a VALID tourist guide license from Qatar Tourism Authority.
Must be able to to provide the company with NOC
Must have a valid QID.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must own a vehicle that is in good condition.
Must be above the age of 21.
Must be fluent in English.
All candidates will be required to give a demo once selected to give proof of knowledge of the local area.
Responsibilities as a tour guide:
Explain to the group the city's attractions and respond to any inquiries, which necessitates knowing the whole history of each check point.
Provide instructions and details about housing, dining, and other services for tourists who want to explore a particular area later.
Maintain an eye on the group's behavior, especially if there are young children present, and make sure everyone abides by the guidelines.
Greet passengers as soon as they board the bus and, if necessary, direct them to their seats.
Be open to adding your own touch on the tour's highlights by making jokes and offering insightful analysis.
Develop new tour itineraries with management using the locations tourists have indicated they are interested in seeing.
Always act with positivity and friendliness
Plan, organize, and schedule the tour's itinerary.
Prepare anything you could need for the excursion in advance (from purchasing tickets to making dinner reservations to booking activities)
Write a (rough) screenplay of the information you'll deliver and explain throughout the tour.
Become knowledgeable about any required safety measures and inform your tour group about them.
Be able to address queries from guests and point them in the proper direction if they require anything.
· Offer any additional help that could be required, even in times of emergency (e.g. administering first aid etc)
Skills and qualifications (required):
Valid tourist guide license from Qatar Tourism Authority
Physically capable and able to stand for long periods of time.
Incredible expertise in your field of interest
Endless zeal, energy, and excitement
An endearing demeanor and the capacity to deliver stories that fascinate, engage, and entertain
Strong planning and organization abilities.
Great public speaking skills
Outgoing personality
Punctual
Able to work for long hours with enthusiasm
Skills and qualifications (preferred):
Have previous experience as a tour guide
Are multilingual
