Duties:
Examines the shipping documents before effecting shipment
Ensure to comply with local import/export laws prior shipment.
Coordinates with clearance teams in regards for any approvals/clearance, along way get the online approvals/clearance completed.
Handles inland transportation from airport/seaport and coordinate with transport to avoid arrival delay.
Handle complete international import & export formalities in accordance with customs requirement
Manage and execute logistics related operational matters in line with project requirements and cost effectively.
Ensure the operation are in line with the company policies in term of Trade Compliance
Oversee and coordinate all cargo movements in line with project requirement
Liaise with internal/external stakeholders
Collaborating with staff members to formulate and implement clearance & transportation-related procedures and customer service objectives.
To comply with any additional work related assignment as instructed by Manager.
