Primary Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and colleagues to provide smooth operations.
- Picking up and dropping off customers' vehicles.
- Providing thorough checks of vehicles on pick up and drop off.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience.
- To follow the systematic approach provided.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Wash vehicles.
- Transfer vehicles.
- Quality control.
- Additional requirements may be required to aid the business.
Working Hours:
Saturday to Thursday: 8am – 5pm with 1 hours break.
Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: Total Package: QR 4000 - 4500
- Overtime Payments.
- Bonus Payments.
- Phone provided.
Requirements - Essential
- High level of English, both verbal and written.
- Must have a Valid Qatari driver’s license.
- Transferable QID after the probation period.
- Personable and warm personality.
- Experience working with customers.
- Experience working in a dynamic, multi-cultural team.
Requirements - Desirable
- Arabic speaking.
- Experience in the motor trade.
